December minutes read and approved 

Treasurer report: our year end balance of $33,440 is very healthy for our organization. Note we recently spent $23,000 on 53 pallets of targets and $9,000 on 110 cases of shells. This money will come back to our account over the next year.

Jim Willut and Jerry Steinauer received a standing ovation for their years of service and commitment to BVSC.

New members voted in: Stefan Veltri, Scott Schiller, and Dave Douty. YTD we have 7 new members and 119 renewals.

Old Business: XO Drier held a successful rimfire shoot with 11 joining in. We hope to have a couple of these a month on Sundays, watch for announcements.

Jake Farber is planning on holding NLR .22 competitions and 2 Johnny Appleseed rimfire tournaments this summer.

New locks have been placed on all trap houses and the target trailer. Keys may be assigned to appropriate members. Separate locks are on the ammo trailer and ammo storage room. All components will be logged in and paid from the ammo storage room, so we can keep a closer record of sales and inventory.

New Business: a proposal will be brought to the Board for our firearms classes to be held under the umbrella of BVSC and firearms instructor to be paid from the proceeds 

Upon receipt of our insurance renewal policy it is clear we maintain our no alcohol on club grounds policy
