Treasure Report: Current balance in checking account is $30,000 and $1000 in a savings account.
Our insurance premium has increased a lot, to $2900, based on our increased membership from 85 three years ago to 210 last year.
Our new balance sheet shows inventory of $11,000 in shells that will come to us in cash.
Treasurer proposed we put $25,000 in a 4% savings account to generate $800-1000 annually.

We now have a Venmo account and 4 members have renewed membership using our new online registration on the website.

Old Business:

The plate rack will be welded and put up to shoot in early May.

A lengthy discussion occurred regarding member access to the equipment in the Conex at the pistol range. Some of the steel, spinners and star targets are too expensive to leave out all the time. A motion was made that any member can make arrangements with the pistol chairman to access the contents of the storage trailer. The motion was approved.

New Business:

Regarding Firearms Training courses, Matt Harutun proposed a motion to adopt the Venue Rental Proposal. This comprehensive plan allows the Club to clarify, improve and standardize our process and pricing for bringing in outside education. The full executive summary will be sent to all members . There will be a town hall type meeting at the Clubhouse 10 am to noon Saturday, February 17, for all members to discuss all aspects of this proposal. The resulting proposal will be brought to the March 6 Board meeting for a member vote.

Sunday Rimfire shooting will be held Super Bowl Sunday. Sight in at 10am, dollar shoot at 11. Future rimfire shoots will be held the 1st and 3rd Sunday for the next couple of months. Come join the fun.

Tuesday, February 13 at 7:00pm, Our Young Guns Team will receive their 1st Place Trophy for USA Clays Trap League during the BV-Salida Senior night basketball game. The game will be held at the BV High School. Please come show support for the Young Guns.
