Prior Months Minutes:
March minutes reviewed and approved.

New members voted in :
Mikayla Kavanaugh, Carolina DesMarias, Summer Martinez, Joe McFee, Dave Martinez, Chuck Hassold. That’s 164 members this year!

Treasurer Report:
Current balance is $37,000 including recent expenditure of $8,800 for 80 cases of AA shells . Ytd we have collected $2750 in dues. YTD expenses exceed income by ~$9000 due to trap component/shell purchases, which will produce future income.

Shotgun Report:
We will host a Young Life trap shoot at 11am, April 15. 100 shooters are expected and we could use some more volunteers to help.

Preston Ellis announced the 10 week spring trap league starts May 24,5 pm Wednesday nights. Any single shooters may contact Preston or Greg to try to form a team. Team captains are responsible for paying the $750 team fee on or before May 24.

Pistol Report:
Rex is currently holding a Ladies Introductory course for Pistol. There are 8 ladies taking Tuesday night class work and Saturday range time. Next such course is in September. Check the website for Thursday and Saturday night shooting.

Youth Report:
Jake has 20 youngsters registered to compete and also 5 novice shooters. Their are 4 shooters for 5 stand. They practice Wednesday night and Saturday mornings. They plan to take 15 to State on June 3. Apparently Dawson Martinez has 3 colleges looking at him for shooting scholarships.

Old Business:
The pistol range container should be delivered soon.

New Business:
On Friday March 31 we found 2 targets at trap 3 that someone had shot 100 rounds of .380 bullets from a pistol. The police were called but we could not find the culprit on our video surveillance . We shall relocate cameras to cover traps 3 and 4 better. They were really bad shots.
