7 pm meeting started with the Pledge of Allegiance

Pledge of Allegiance opened meeting at 7 pm
April minutes were read and approved
Treasurer Report:
Our balance is $37,000 which is healthy at this time.
New members voted in:
Dr Eric Simpson, Ryan Theler, Ron Sosnowski, Greg May, Terry Shannon. We have 180 members so far in 2023!
Rifle:
7 shooters competed Tuesday night with rimfire guns ,scoped and unscoped. Watch for emails for each Tuesday Gun types.
Pistol:
There are 8 currently taking our Concealed Carry course. Check our website for Thursday night pistol competitions. Rex is now on on the board of the Chamber of Commerce and can highlight our events there.
Trap:
We hosted 93 shooters for Young Life, netting $1,100 for that event. The Board approved painting the trap houses hunter green.
Trap League starts May 24,5pm. All captains should call Greg or Preston to report in. The team captain is responsible for paying $750 before or on May 24.
Youth:
BV high school team is doing well, having 3 of the top shooters in the state. Maddie Carlson is at the top for female shooters. June 3rd 15 of team are going to State in Brighton.
Old Business:
Gun Sow 2024 is tabled for now
Pistol range container should arrive soon. Check out the new signage at the clubhouse. Many thanks to PSH Signs.
New Business:
We are in contact with the city to convince them to grade our clubhouse road.
Board approved up to $1,000 for a new aluminum garage door for the target trailer.
