New Members:
Robert Rayburn and David Byford, voted in. That’s 112 members ytd. John Cogswell has retired his life membership as he moved to Wyoming.
Treasurer Report:
Our balance is up $10,000 to $36k. Income received net $3951 from our gun show, $3473 from trap and components and $3310 from Trap League. Very healthy numbers for us.
Old Business:
Trap League ends June 22. All make ups but occur by that evening.
We examined our lease with the city of BV, the $10 paid in 2014 satisfies our 10 year commitment and should automatically renew in 2024.
Young Guns will have their fun shoot June 4, come out enjoy trap and 5 stand shooting and a fine lunch.
Our first of 3 Registered shoots is June 5,10 am. Next is July 31.
Benchrest shoot will be June 12,9 am. Check emails for regular Tuesday night rimfire and centerfire events.
New Business:
Rex Roberson is interested in developing Thursday night Skill Drill for pistol and Steel Challenge. More to follow. Rex is building new target stanchions with some of the lumber donated by Alpine Lumber.
Jake Farber reports he has 5 of the top 10 female shooters in the state. June 11 there will be three squads of Young Guns at the USA Clays state shoot in Brighton. Xcel Energy has been very generous to the team.
There will be NO trap shooting June 11 and 12 due the Collegiate Peaks Stampede Rodeo.
