Still no response from CPW.
Clubhouse Porch Covering:
Greg Newton obtained revised estimate: $1,100–$1,300.
Motion passed (11 for / 0 opposed) to approve, subject to club getting city approval (required by lease agreement).
5 Stand Houses: Jake would like to build houses for the 5 stand machines so that they can be left out on the field for use. He will get a cost for building them.
Jake’s estimate is about $900 per house so we are looking at $5400.
Water for Clubhouse: We need someone to take over filling the water tank at the clubhouse.
If you can help. Let Rex Roberson (bvsportsmansclub@gmail.com) know.
The cost of a small trailer to mount the transfer tank on will cost the club around $1500.
Rex will check to see if we can register a trailer to the Club, and if we can get water from the water station on Gregg Drive.
Lead Reclamation Project
94786 pounds, 70/30 split, sold lead for $.75/pound, Net return - $19,666
New Business
· Trap Throwers
o Erik will be ordering new parts for the trap throwers.
o The belt tension needs to be backed off after each shoot and reset prior to each shoot in order to keep the machines working properly.
· Unauthorized Use of Trap Range
o A dog walker reported to Greg Newton, that 3 weeks ago she saw some kids shooting rifles into one of the banks.
