Treasurer reported our balance is $48,647

Old Business:

Doug Drier announced we have all of the tables sold for the BVSC Gun Show in Salida on August 25, 26 and 27.

We continue to have issues getting the dumpster emptied at the clubhouse. We have a new contact for pickup, Nathan - 719-331-8249, which can be also be found on the bulletin board in the clubhouse.

We discussed starting to use Venmo to collect payments. Jim Willut wants to speak to an accountant before we move in that direction due to tax and sales tax questions. He is also concerned that our income is coming close to $50k/yr which will require us to fill our taxes differently. Jerry and Jim are going to reach out to Charlie Able to see if he can assist with our account questions/needs.

2024 NRA Adventure Camp Update - We have received a $500 donation from Sangre de Cristo Electric Association to help sponsor a kid. We are still looking for additional donations/sponsors and discussing fundraising events to fund this.

New Business:

River Rat Radio approached Jerry regarding advertising the club on the radio. The board determined that there was not a need to spend money to promote the club at this time.

Chamber of Commerce Membership - The board voted not to renew with the Chamber this year.
